    I wasn’t sure how to write my review. To be honest, I was initially skeptical. But Stephanie showed me that it can be truly life-changing! I was in a really bad place, and it was the techniques we worked on together in therapy that saved me. Stephanie approaches everything with understanding, complete acceptance, and kindness. Her voice soothes my racing heartbeat; it’s like she’s telling a fairy tale, it sounds soothing to me. This helps calm my palpitations and the tightness in my chest. I can share anything with her. I now look forward to Tuesdays — that’s when we meet. Thank you so much for your care and attention!

    I’m so grateful to Stephanie for helping me stand up for myself and set clear boundaries. Our sessions have been incredibly helpful, giving me a safe space to share what’s on my mind without fear of judgment.     I just want to express my huge gratitude for the help and support I’ve found with my therapist. I still struggle to express and share my emotions or speak aloud what I’m feeling, but with every session with Stephanie, it becomes easier to believe that I am enough. With her help, I’ve started taking better care of myself and my body, standing up for myself, and setting boundaries when people try to cross them.     Stephanie is an excellent psychologist. She is open-minded, tolerant, and her unconditional support inspires confidence in myself as her client. Stephanie teaches me to show empathy toward myself, to pay attention to my feelings, accept them with understanding, and work through them in a healthy way.     I was in a dead end and having a nervous breakdown with my 11-year-old teenager…. I reached out to Steph quite spontaneously and instinctively and she convinced me that I wasn’t a bad parent, which I had been blaming myself for. She did therapy with my daughter too, and she was very happy and comfortable talking to her.

    I have been dealing with panic attacks, anxiety, agoraphobia, fears, and so on, for many years. Three years ago, I also lost my father, and the situation became even worse. I thought there was no way out, but after each session, I feel much better, and the panic attacks have almost disappeared! She helped me realize how strong I really am! For me, Stephanie is the best and most caring psychologist!

    Since my father passed away I lost all my motivation. I was so insecure and overwhelmed that I couldn’t go to work for a whole month. When I did manage to go, I would get angry over the smallest things and argue with my colleagues. I was explosive and I felt like doing something reckless. At home, I would slam doors and break dishes. The conversations with my psychologist helped me get back on my feet and gave me back my strength. Now I understand the reasons behind everything and I’m not a ticking time bomb like I used to be.

    I highly recommend for those seeking help with anxiety! The sessions helped me find ways to cope with anxiety crises and understand the root cause of them.     I was pleasantly surprised. I went to sessions with a psychologist and they really helped me. I was feeling stressed about school, had conflicts with friends and struggled with self-esteem. The psychologist showed me techniques for time management, conflict resolution, and boosting confidence. Now I feel more calm, confident, and have a better understanding of myself and my surroundings. I recommend it to anyone who needs help!
